We offer 14 days Returns Policy
Please let us know of any discrepancy in the product before moving to return and refund. To get a refund, the goods must be returned unused, within 14 days of receipt.
The return costs to be paid by the consumer. The product cost will be refunded after the product is received by us. The expenses paid and incurred earlier on your behalf including handling, packing, postage and insurance charges will not be refunded.
Items that have Free Post & Packaging charges, a deduction of 25% will be ducted for post and packaging charged from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment.
For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 7 days by e-mail
We will then issue you with a Return’s number for reference and that should be quoted on all future correspondence. Faulty items should be returned to us with 14 days at the buyer’s expense and upon receipt we will either replace or refund for the item subject to confirming that the item is faulty.
14 Day return policy: Goods must be return in the original condition unused and unaltered.
